Hydraulic Cylinder Repair and Rebuilding

AC Hydraulics repairs welded, tie-rod, single-acting, double-acting, long-stroke, telescopic and multi-stage hydraulic cylinders. Shop capabilities include inspection, resealing, honing, rod repair or machining, barrel and gland work, component fabrication, welding, reassembly and testing.

Hydraulic Pump, Motor, Valve, Swivel and Final-Drive Repair

The Daytona Beach shop evaluates gear, vane and piston pumps; dump and PTO-driven pumps; hydraulic motors; directional, pressure and flow-control valves; power-unit components; rotary swivels; and final drives. Repair recommendations depend on condition, parts availability and the cost of repair compared with replacement.

Custom Hydraulic and Industrial Hose Assemblies

In-house services include CNC and conventional machining, milling, keyway cutting, broaching, custom rods, glands, pistons, end caps, bushings, sleeves, couplers, brackets and retrofit components. Welding and fabrication are available for suitable steel, stainless steel and aluminum projects.

The sales counter supplies fittings, adapters, quick couplers, cam locks, seals, O-rings, seal kits, hose sleeves, abrasion protection, hydraulic oil, gear oil, grease, Lincoln lubrication equipment, pumps and commercial, equipment and marine batteries.

⚡ Weekly Cylinder Pickup and Return
